Following medical school, Dr. Ratusznik completed his Surgical Internship and Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Missouri. His passion for the preservation and restoration of spinal function led Dr. Ratusznik to pursue a fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery with the Foundation for Orthopaedic Athletic and Reconstructive Research, in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. There he developed expertise in the evaluation and treatment of the full spectrum of spinal disorders, ranging from cervical and lumbar disc degeneration to the treatment of adult and pediatric spinal deformity, fractures, and complex revision procedures.

Dr. Silva completed his neurosurgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in San Bernardino, California, where he served as Chief Resident.
