Dr. William Nordt is an orthopedic surgeon at the Parham Doctors Medical Complex. And then through neuromuscular training, or physical therapy we try to reduce the forces on that joint.

In addition, he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Virginia.Dr. Fashandi is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has specialized training in orthopedic surgeries for traumatic injuries and joint replacements. He provides comprehensive management of fractures of acute and chronic injuries for adults and children including pelvic and acetabular fractures as well as pathology involving soft tissue and infection. In addition, he provides general orthopedic care. When not caring for patients, Dr. Fashandi enjoys cooking, wood working, exercise, and spending time with his two young daughters.
