He is a graduate of Cebu Doctors' College of Medicine in the Philippines. He did his general surgery residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Harlem Hospital Center, in New York City and completed his tenure there with a one-year critical care fellowship.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Alexandros Coutsoumpos is a general surgeon with advanced training in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. After receiving his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in general surgery, achieving the rank of Chief Resident. Dr. Coutsoumpos speaks Spanish, basic French and Haitian Creole, and he has a passion for overseas mission work in areas such as Malawi and Haiti.

Care Philosophy: Jeffrey C. Chiu, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando. He performs all types of general surgery procedures, with a special emphasis on minimally invasive approaches to breast, endocrine and gastrointestinal conditions. Dr. Chiu earned his medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine and undertook his general surgery residency at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) in Orlando, where he himself was born.
