Dr. Ronald Chamberlain, MD

It’s hard to talk bad about doctors, but this one unfortunately deserves it. He has such poor bedside manners and lack of empathy for his sick patients. Beware and stay away. There are so many other great surgeons with a heart and love for the profession

ZHills Advent Health sent me home witho the wring name address & phone number, and a follow up appointment scheduled for 10 days post surgery I was told to be seen in 5-7 dayd I had to reschedule apt 3 weeks after that because I went to the wrong place Now I'm 31 days Post surgery the day before the 2nd appt Dr Ofc calls canceling my appt "no one will be in the ofc that day" is what I was told but they made the appt, 3rd appt was scheduled 1wk and it was also canceled for the same reason and schedule another 10 days out. I'm 41 days PS and FINALLY see A Dr not my Dr but A Dr. He orders a CT that takes 10 Days of back and forth between hospital and Dr Ofc before I get it scheduled. Susan from Dr Ofc said would call me on Thursday PM no call no call Fri I call her Mon upset that she hadn't called me she told me she "so sorry I disappointed you" - I'm Not disappointed by you - I'm Angry YOU DIDNT DO YOUR JOB - IF YOU SAY YOU WILL CALL A PATIENT W/INFO YOU CALL THE PATIENT.

Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know.

Dr. Chamberlain operated on me for pancreatic cancer in January 2005. I found him to be excellent!! He made me comfortable and safe. I absolutely love him. He saved my life what else is there to say.

I had three visits with Dr. Chamberlin. Prior to my surgery and he made me feel very safe like I was in very good hands. My surgery was a huge success and my follow up went well. He does not push you out of his office and make he feel like he has somewhere better to be. I am a retired nurse and belief me he in the best.

Professional fantastic surgeon and says exactly what will occur step by step. Communicates with your loved one by cell if needed. You cant get abetter surgeon than Dr. Chamberlain. My family and I would recommend him to everyone we know dealing with pancreatic liver issues.
