Biography: Dr. Shannon McCants grew up in Kansas City, and then came to Texas for all of her schooling. She received her bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then went across the DFW metroplex to the University of Texas Southwestern for Medical School. She then began her career at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas as a resident physician in obstetrics and gynecology. After she graduated from residency, she joined Women's Health Alliance.Dr. McCants is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has many awards under her belt from medical school and residency. She is a member of AMA, TMA and Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. McCants is passionate about her job. She loves to walk with women through life from their teen years all the way through menopause. She is knowledgeable in family planning, from infertility to routine birth control, all the way to permanent sterilization. She is confident in caring for women with pregnancies from low risk to high risk.Dr. McCants is highly trained in minimally invasive surgeries using the DiVinci robot, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. She is proficient in many procedures including endometrial ablations, myomectomy and LEEPs. Often these procedures can be performed in the office with ease.Dr. McCants loves to cook and states she would become a chef if she was not a physician. Biography: Dr. Liesl Bredeson, formerly Dr. Liesl Smith, has been a practicing OBGYN in Dallas since 2000. After graduating from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, she completed her residency at Methodist Medical Center. Dr. Bredeson was drawn to the practice of OB/GYN for the opportunity to develop relationships with her patients, providing care across the stages of their lives. She enjoys the full spectrum of the specialty, from family planning and obstetrics to well-woman care, laparoscopic surgery, and menopause. She has been recognized as a Mom-Approved OB/GYN by the readers of DFWChild Magazine, a Health Care Hero by the Dallas Business Journal for her work on the Premiere Perinatal Safety Committee, and ranks in the 99th percentile of patient satisfaction nationally.Dr. Bredeson has three children, one in the Denver area and two still at home. With her kids, she is involved in sports, school, and church activities. Dr. Bredeson enjoys gardening and reading. She exercises regularly and loves to cook with her kids.

Biography: Dr. Natalie Light has been in practice since 2004 providing innovative quality care for women in Dallas. Dr. Light is committed to developing lifelong relationships with her patients and enjoys being able to guide women through all phases of life and her health needs. "I'm pretty down to earth, straight-forward and friendly" she says. "I like to have a variety of different age patients at different stages in their lives. One reason I love my specialty is that we usually get to know our patients well." Dr. Light and her husband, Jeff, of fourteen years have one child. She enjoys spending time with her family cooking, reading, traveling and casual entertaining in her leisure time.

Biography: Dr. Tracy Speight has been in practice since completing her residency at UT Southwestern in 2000. She loves her chosen specialty and cannot fathom a different career path. She is ranked in the top 1% nationwide in patient satisfaction.She has been married to Dr. David Arnold since 1995 and they have one daughter, IzzyB, the light of her life. She enjoys spending her free time cheering at IzzyB's various sporting events, listening to live music, running, swimming, practicing yoga, cooking, and traveling with family and friends.

She remained in Dallas to complete her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Parkland Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society and a Fellow the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Dr. Newsom loves caring for women through all of the stages of womanhood. Biography: Dr. Ann Woodbridge has been in practice since 1989, and has provided quality health care for women in Dallas and surrounding area since 1991. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in obstetrics, gynecology infertility and menopause. Dr. Woodbridge and her husband have three children. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family.
