Biography: Krysten Kasting, MD is a physiatrist in Dayton, OH. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, OH and went on to complete her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO. Dr. Kasting is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Jerele completed her fellowship at Duke University Medical Center (NC). Dr. Jerele is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: John Powell, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Powell has served as Commander/Orthopaedic Surgeon with the 655th Forward Surgical Team, Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan, and was the Orthopaedic Surgery Flight Commander, 88th Medical Group, Wright Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Powell specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons andthe American Association for Hand Surgery. Biography: Michael A. Deyhle, PA received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2016. Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton in 2012.

Biography: Benjamin D. Mishler, MPAS, PA-C, AT received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Kettering, OH in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Anderson University in Anderson, IN in 2014. Benjamin is certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Sara Marietta, CNP received her master's of nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Sara received her bachelor's in science, nursing, from Wright State University in 2011.
