Minn Saing, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder and general orthopedic surgery. Dr. Saing earned his undergraduate degree in physiology from the University of California Los Angeles and his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center.Following his residency, Dr. Saing pursued a fellowship at the Atlanta Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, a premier training site for advanced techniques in cartilage and meniscus surgery. Dr. Saing served as associate team physician during his fellowship for the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers. He also had the privilege of training internationally with pioneer surgeons in both France and Hong Kong.Dr. Saing returned to Philadelphia after his fellowship to teach at Albert Einstein Medical Center and work as a clinical assistant professor at Jefferson Medical College. He received recognition in the community as a Top Physician in Philadelphia's Suburban magazine, and he won a clinical teaching prize for his dedication to educating students. He also served as medical director for the Philadelphia Broad Street Run, the largest 10-mile road race in the nation. He spoke on the Philadelphia Eagle's Sports Radio Injury Report, providing weekly analysis of the teams' injuries. He treated athletes at Penn State Abington and local high schools as head team physician.Dr. Saing has an avid interest in research. He has published and presented more than 30 topics in both national and international journals and meetings. His current interests include ACL reconstruction, multi-ligament knee reconstructions, meniscus and cartilage surgery, knee replacement, shoulder arthroscopy to include rotator cuff surgery and labral repair, shoulder replacement and general orthopedic surgery.After six years of practicing in Philadelphia, Dr. Saing spent two years in South Florida providing orthopedic care to the local community. He recently relocated to the Dallas area with his wife and two sons. Outside of medicine, he enjoys travel, outdoor activities, boating, golf, biking and spending time with his family.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Payne was born and raised in Dumas, Texas where he learned a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive from his family. His mother, father, and grandpa all owned and operated successful businesses, while his grandfather served as the county judge for several years. He was a three sport athlete at Dumas High School and earned a 4.0 GPA while also working part-time jobs on a cattle ranch and at the local Pizza Hut. He went on to Texas Tech University for his pre-medical studies where he graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Biology. During college, he worked several concurrent jobs including a Physics Tutor, Supplemental Physics Instructor, Wine delivery, and waiter at a local restaurant. His love for physics, biomechanics, and anatomy sparked his interest in Orthopaedic Surgery. This interest was cemented as a passion after shadowing a local Orthopaedic Surgeon. In addition to his multiple jobs, Dr. Payne also held several offices in his fraternity, Sigma Nu. Some of his proudest accomplishments in college are being awarded Athlete of the Year in his fraternity, Sigma Nu earnest the highest GPA of any fraternity on campus during his tenure as their Scholarship Chairman, experiencing monumental growth during his tenure as Recruitment Chairman, and volunteering his time to the Philanthropy of the Year benefitting Juvenile Diabetes all while being included on the President's list or Dean's List every semester. Dr. Payne then went on to medical school at The University of North Texas Health Science Center where he graduated with Honors. He graduated as the Valedictorian of his class in clinical studies, was given the Dean's Award for Clinical Excellence awarded to the top clinician of each medical school class, the Academic Excellence Award for graduating in the top three of his medical school class, the President's Scholar award for Dean's list inclusion every semester, and the Bone Crusher Award awarded to one medical student for excellence in Orthopaedic Surgery.He was also given the Academic Achievement in Rural Medicine award, Rural Scholar award for an extra 320 contact hours in rural medicine during medical school, Geriatrics in Your Future Award, the Touch Volunteering Award, ING research award, and the TCOM research award. He then went on to complete his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, a very busy Level 1 Trauma Center. During his intern year, he was awarded Orthopaedic Intern of the Year as voted by his attending and upper-level residents. He also scored top in his residency class on the Orthopaedic In-Training Exam in 2012, 2013, 2014. Dr. Payne then went on to complete his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston, where he served on the medical staff as assistant team physician to Dr. Walter Lowe for the Houston Texans and the University of Houston, Dr. Steve Flores for the Houston Rockets, and Dr. David, Lintner for the Houston Astros. He was able to scrub approximately 600 Sports Medicine Surgeries, including over 120 ACLs. Dr. Payne currently practices in Fort Worth and North Richland Hills, Texas where his specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. He also treats most acute fractures and dislocations of the extremities as well operative and non-operative treatment of almost any athletic injury.Dr. Payne brings his experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center as well as his experience working with NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, and Division 1 athletes to every patient encounter. His goals are restoration to full to activity and function focusing on conservative treatment and joint preservation whenever possible.

Biography: Dr. Andrew Jen, MD is a board-certified fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction, complex joint replacement and general orthopaedic care. His scope of practice includes primary and revision joint replacements, trauma and fracture care, pediatric fracture care, sports medicine, and minor hand and foot and ankle surgery. He provides orthopaedic care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Dr. Jen is a native of the Philadelphia area. He attended the Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Medicine and Psychology, with a minor in theatre. He then completed medical school at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine before matching into orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. While in residency, he received broad training in general orthopaedic surgery care. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital/Northwell Health in New York City. He has received extensive training in joint replacement surgery of the knee and hip, training under Dr. Giles Scuderi, the lead clinical designer of the Zimmer Persona Knee Replacement System. He is well versed in primary and partial knee replacement surgery, primary hip replacement with the direct anterior and posterior approach, robotic knee and hip replacement with the Mako Robotic Platform, computer navigated knee replacement with the OrthoAlign system, same-day joint replacement surgery, management of prosthetic joint infections, complex knee and hip arthroplasty revision, and periprosthetic fracture management. Dr. Jen believes in a patient-centered and collaborative approach to patient care, delivered with the highest degree of attention to ethics and patient safety. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the American Medical Association. Outside of work, Dr. Jen enjoys cooking, barbecuing, traveling and spending time with his wife and three corgis.
