Biography: Ecaterina Moisa-Babii, MD, is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center and an OB/GYN at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital. Dr. Moisa-Babii treats women with compassionate and comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care. She earned her medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania, where she remained to serve both her internship and residency. Dr. Moisa-Babii then came to the United States and served a second residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. At Bronx Lebanon, she was named Resident of the Year for the OB/GYN department and was the recipient of the OBGYN Resident Award for excellence, competence, dedication, and outstanding service. Since 2015, Dr. Moisa-Babii has been a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and became a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists in 2010. Biography: Ioana Livinti, MD is a board certified Ob/Gyn at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at CUMC and affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester. She graduated from "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Romania, in 2010. During medical school she was offered the opportunity to practice in clinical electives internationally at Francois Rabelais University in Tours, France and at Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, USA. Through her core rotations, she realized that a career in Obstetrics and Gynecology will be a perfect fit, as it incorporates her special interests in clinical care. The depth of knowledge in various diseases as well as a broad spectrum of skills needed in this specialty satisfied her intellectual curiosity. Dr. Livinti completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2012 at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. Her training experiences include High Risk Obstetric Clinic, Fibroid Clinic, being part of a new Minimally Invasive and Robotics Program, and being a healthcare advocate for the underserved population. Dr. Livinti's involvement in education and research with medical students and residents, earned her a Resident Teaching Award from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery from AAGL in 2015. She graduated in 2016 from Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in affiliation with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She was honored with the Moreau Award for Surgical Excellence and the Award for excellence, dedication and outstanding service. Biography: Sarah Peprah, MD, is an OB/GYN at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester and an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. After graduating from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, Dr. Peprah completed her residency at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a volunteer assistant director at the North Bronx Ghana Education Department. She is fluent in Twi and conversational Spanish and French.

Biography: Patricia Vuguin, MD, MSc, is Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Director of the Pediatric Endocrine Fellowship Program at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC). She is also Medical Director of the Pediatric Thyroid Center at CUMC and NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. Her expertise includes thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, glucose metabolism, growth, puberty and disorders of puberty, and fetal programming of adult disease. Dr. Vuguin is an accomplished clinician, researcher, and educator. She is fluent in Spanish and English and empathetic to the medical needs of New York's Hispanic community. In her leadership role for the Pediatric Thyroid Center, she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to care for children and adolescents with thyroid disorders, such as thyroid nodules and papillary thyroid cancer. In addition, Dr. Vuguin was the recipient of K08 and R21 awards from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), independent grants from pharmaceutical companies, and funding from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in research journals; presented her research findings at national and international meetings; and is an active member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society and the Society of Pediatric Research. Dr. Vuguin also completed a Master of Science Training Program in Clinical Research, an NIH-funded program offered by the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to Columbia, Dr. Vuguin provided clinical care at Jacobi Medical Center, Montefiore Medical Center, and North Shore-Long Island Jewish (LIJ) Health System (now Northwell Health). She is a member of the SuperDoctors ® list and received an Outstanding Teacher Award from North Shore-LIJ Health System. The American Medical Association's Board of Trustees also selected her to serve on the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Review Committee for Pediatrics.
