Biography: Dr. Romberg grew up in the suburbs of San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor's degree withsumma cum laude honors from the University of California at San Diego. She attended bothgraduate and medical school at UT Southwestern, where she earned both her master's degree ingenetics and her medical degree. She then went on to complete her residency in obstetrics andgynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas in June 2005. Shortly thereafter, shejoined the excellent physicians at Women's Health Alliance.Dr. Romberg has been board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2007. She earnednumerous awards throughout her education including the DFW OB/GYN society award foroutstanding medical student and the W.K. Strother award for excellence in clinical and academicachievement during residency. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics andGynecology and belongs to the AMA, TMA, and the Dallas County Medical Society.Dr. Romberg cares for women through all stages of life, from the teenage years throughchildbearing and midlife into menopause, including hormone therapy. She is skilled atperforming minimally-invasive laparoscopy with the DaVinci robotic platform, such ashysterectomy, cystectomy, endometriosis resection, and salpingectomies for sterilization. Sheenjoys delivering babies, both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
