never trust her. I have a history of pregnancy loss, miscarriages, last baby I lost was at 18 weeks, it's clear that I am a high risk, but she never wanted to refer me to a high risk doctor. I trusted her with my last pregnancy and I asked her to refer me to one, but she told me high risk doctors were only for "birth defect babies" which is completely wrong. I went into preterm labor at 25 weeks started having a lot of contractions, had placenta abruption, and was denied care. her team is also the worst, I could have lost my baby and my life since I went to her office, they checked me and made fun of me, told me to go back home, drink water and wait for my next appointment in 10 days.I started crying out of fear and pain having those strong contractions every 2-3 minutes, they felt them and saw them, and her nurse laughed at me and said I shouldn't be panicking, and repeated "go home and drink cold water". Baby was born at 25 wks that day, spent 4months in nicu fighting for his life

Dr. Atkins has been my gynecologist for a ???????? time. I can’t remember what year exactly, but I know she diagnosed my uterine cancer in 2009, and performed my hysterectomy. And I had been seeing her for years before that. I really love Dr. Atkins. She has a wonderful personality, and always provided me with excellent care. I would recommend Dr. Atkins to anyone needing gynecological and/or obstetric care (and have). My best friend now sees her (on my recommendation) and she loves her, too. And on a side note, Dr Atkins teaches yoga in her “spare time”, so if you are looking for a yoga instructor, she can help with that, too. ??

Dr. Atkins is wonderful. I was so relieved to hear she would support a vaginal delivery with twins. It didn't end up working out that way, because the babies just did not cooperate. She listened to all concerns and was very cautious towards the end of my pregnancy when I began showing signs of preterm labor. The clinic itself is going through a major overhaul to make things more efficient and timely. Unfortunately doctors being overbooked is not uncommon but they are trying to fix the issue.

Dr. Atkins took care of my complicated pregnancy and answered all my questions. She is one of the main reason why I can see my son today. Despite the fact that he was a premie, I was able to leave the hospital with him. Dr. Atkins is an excellent Dr. Who truly cares about you. I will recommend her to everyone I know.

This was not my original obgyn back in 2012 but she did deliver my son after an emergency came up and my original obgyn was not able to. Dr. Atkins throughly explained to me how to position myself and push during labor and it was a great first time experience. She saved my son from preeclampsia because she was there to deliver him and I am grateful for that and thankful to her for that. She even checked up on me the next morning. She's a beautiful woman who saved my son's life. Thank you!!!

Dr. Atkins wasn't available, so I ended up seeing her NP. I was hoping for a nice experience with her NP since I've heard great things about Dr. Lori, but she was impatient, insensitive, offensive and sarcastic. Didn't enjoy the experience at all, I will be looking for another OB.

Did not receive the care and attention I was expecting from Dr. Atkins. The exam felt very rehearsed/routine, and I did not feel like my questions were given the appropriate amount of attention or consideration they deserved. I brought up concerns with serious symptoms I was experiencing which she casually dismissed-jokingly asking her medical assistant if they'd personally had similar symptoms. Incredibly unprofessional and bordering malpractice. I felt unimportant, uncomfortable, and dismissed

Dr. Atkins and Dr. Farnetti are WONDERFUL. All of the nurses and staff are awesome and make you feel at ease. If you are looking for an OB who will just schedule an induction or C section, than this is NOT the doctor for you. Dr. Atkins likes for things to happen naturally and will carefully monitor you throughout your pregnancy. She wants what is best for you and baby, not your or her schedule. If you want the BEST-make your appointment today. Yes, she is busy and there is a wait- WORTH IT!!!!!

Very unorganized office. Called to make a new patient appt. and the front desk gals were swamped overtime I called and did not know what consisted in a new patient appt. Then I called to cancel the appt. I was placed on hold 2 different times for 10 minutes max in which I had to hang up. On the 3rd time calling when Desiree picked up and asked "could you hold please" i said " no, i was just giving you a courtesy call to say I will not make my first appt. and will not being going to this practice

Dr Atkins is an AWESOME doctor and so is her midwife, Farneti. However the front staff is often rude. I called with a billing question and the front office rep, Abby was very rude and condescending. She interrupted me and overtalked me numerous times. When I told her I would escalate the issue to Dr. Atkins, she replied non-chalantly "no-biggie". Although I like Dr. Atkins this coupled with the long wait times, I'm seriously considering switching doctors even though I'm pregnant.

This practice is all about money - not patient care. Dr. Atkins seemed peeved and incredibly rushed during my visit. After a quick exam, I was told I needed surgery for uterine fibroids and that this would be performed in her office. I told Dr. Atkins that I am an RN who works at an outpatient surgical clinic and that we frequently put women to sleep for such surgeries. Dr. Atkins, however, was persistent that this be done in her office. I got a second opinion and I didn't even have fibroids!

I saw this doctor once. She seemed knowledgable, but she was quick to tell me I needed surgery. She was not very agreeable to any other options. She did not do the labs that I requested. I was unable to reach the office staff to get my results. Before I even got results the office was calling me to schedule surgery. I asked to know my results. My ultrasound results were misplaced, so I had to wait for those. No call back except to schedule surgery. Disorganized and poor communication
