I've been going to Dr. Erwin since 2013. She is a amazing. I've since moved from Dallas but I travel 3 hours back just to see her.

I'm torn. She's always been nice, but scheduling an appointment is a terrible process. Three times now, I've scheduled 2 months ahead of time, only to be called later to be told she's out of the office ant the next available is 3 months away. I've waited HOURS to be seen for a simple well women visit, and no one thought it appropriate to come update me while I was in the exam room. I'm tired of wasting my time with a doctor and practice who seemingly doesn't care about me. They are understaffed.

Dr. Erwin is so amazing. When my doctor of 18 years dropped me because my insurance changed, I was scared. I was pregnant with my 2nd baby, 8 years later, and I was counting on having the same doctor. I found Dr. Erwin online, and scheduled my first appointment. The moment I met her, I knew she was MY doctor. Her smile radiates the room. She’s encouraging, confident, and knowledgeable. She addressed every question, every doubt, and every anxious thought, with grace and empathy.

1st let me say Dr.Erwin is amazing this is strictly about the front office. I have medicaid and my ins chose a plan that was not in network with my Dr so the office decided to call me after having my 12 week appt scheduled for a month out to tell me oh we cant see you because of your insurance! So i went through all the changes to get back in network have a start date for that and they still wont see me unless i pay $500 even though i am in network and I have a high risk pregnancy very stressful

I have been a patient of Dr. Erwin's since 2013 and I think Dr. Erwin is an amazing doctor. She is very personable, she listens and always makes me feel comfortable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Sought treatment for Fibroids, heavy bleeding and extreme pelvic pain,, but felt she did not listen to my concerns. First visit she didn't even examine me. She prescribed medication that ended up causing multiple side effects which she failed to mention. The one side effect she did mention was weight gain which is not good fora PCOS patient. She was pleasant, but felt that she had a once size fits all mentality not willing to tailor treatment to fit the needs of individual patients.
