Care Philosophy: Dr Sean Dineen is an Assistant Member of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Dineen has a particular interest in the treatment of patients with metastatic disease, including carcinomatosis. In particular, he focuses on patients that have developed peritoneal spread of disease and the application of heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in the treatment of this advanced process. Dr Dineen's research focuses on identifying how the tumor and the local environment interact to promote metastatic disease. Dr Dineen is a native of Lexington, KY. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville.

Care Philosophy: Dr Julian Sanchez is a colorectal surgeon in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is Associate Professor of Surgery and Associate Professor of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He is board certified in both general surgery and in colorectal surgery. Dr Sanchez's clinical interests include colon and rectal cancer, anal cancer, high resolution anoscopy, genetic cancer syndromes, and minimally invasive surgery. His research centers on HPV infection and associated anal cancer. He is especially interested in the progression of anal dysplasia in immunosuppression and in screening programs for high risk patients.

Care Philosophy: Dr Voss received an MD from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston. She completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of California San Diego Medical Center, and most recently completed a Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr Voss's clinical interests include extremity sarcomas, complex retroperitoneal and abdominal sarcomas, GISTs, and adrenal tumors (both benign and malignant).

Care Philosophy: Dr Seth Felder is a board-certified colon and rectal surgical oncologist Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Following fellowship colon and rectal surgical training at the University of Minnesota, he then pursued additional training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Advanced Colorectal Surgical Oncology. He understands the fears patients face with his/her diagnosis, specifically regarding the functional and psychological impact that may result from surgery. He focuses on these important aspects of a patient's quality of life, and when possible, he uses nerve-sparing surgical techniques that can help to preserve anal, bladder, and sexual function.

Care Philosophy: I am deeply committed to patient care and offer advanced surgical and nonsurgical treatment options along with evidence based medicine for women suffering with urinary incontinence,overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence. Care Philosophy: Dr Philippe Spiess is a genitourinary oncologist and the assistant chief of surgical services at the Moffitt Cancer Center. He is well a full professor of oncology and urology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Prior to joining Moffitt, Dr Spiess completed a three-year SUO-accredited urologic oncology fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr Spiess' research interests include novel therapies for advanced renal, bladder and penile cancer. Dr Spiess has published over 220 peer reviewed manuscripts and has edited 5 textbooks on urologic oncology.

Care Philosophy: Dr Roger Li is a genitourinary oncologist whose clinical practice focuses on the surgical treatment of bladder, prostate, kidney and penile cancers. He offers a variety of treatment options, including open, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures, as well as nerve sparing approaches based on the clinical scenario. Prior to joining Moffitt, Dr Li completed advanced urologic oncology training at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr Li's research interest includes the genomic characterization of genitourinary malignancies in attempt to tailor therapy specific to the patient, as well as the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies in treating early stage bladder cancer.
