Unreliable in scheduled appointments. Canceled several times while driving to appointments after getting time off from work. Had to keep calling office to find out if insurance was going to cover procedure. Set date and was contacted week prior and told he would be on vacation. Want to feel like just a number, go with this group. Very disappointed with this doctor and Brown University group.

I would not recommend him or the Woonsocket office at all. Disorganized staff (gave me the wrong time to report for surgery - thankfully the hospital called to confirm the actual time, I would've been 2 hrs late). Dr prescribed the incorrect antibiotic after stent and kidney stones removed. Two days following the surgery, this medication error landed me in the ER and subsequent 4 day admission with a kidney infection. The office was notified of said admission. When I returned to office to have the stent removed 3 days following this discharge, the young doctor had not a single word of concern for my well-being nor asked anything about the admission, the infection, nothing but crickets from him, who I will never see again. If I could rate NO stars, I would. If reporting to the RI Dept of Health Disciplinary Unit would actually result in anything, I would. By saying something here, I provide my experiences and food for thought for others when considering this office and doctor.

Should not be in practice. Very belittling and ignored my pain and fever. Had UTI for a month and he was not concerned. Finally had to go to urgent care to get it taken care of.
