Biography: Dr. Bruce is passionate about Obstetrics and Gynecologists and working closely with her patients across the Houston-area to help them achieve their optimal health. Dr. Bruce went to Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT, and completed her post-doctoral residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX.

Biography: Webster, Texas. Dr. Stafflinger grew up in Richmond, Virginia but has called Houston home for the last several years. She graduated from The University of Virginia with a double major in biology and German language. Dr. Stafflinger spent time in research before enrolling in Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Medicine. She also has a passion for gynecologic surgery, in order to help women to feel their best no matter their age.When not treating patients, Dr. Stafflinger enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and mini dachshund. She also enjoys yoga, pilates, cooking, and gardening.Dr. Stafflinger welcomes new patients and referrals. When appropriate, the practice does offer telehealth visits.

Biography: Amy Plummer has been practicing Ob/Gyn in the Kingwood area for 19 years. She attended Baylor University, where she graduated with Honors in Biology. Amy completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She started practicing Ob/Gyn in the Kingwood/Humble area during the summer of 1996. She continues to grow and learn as a physician, maintaining her board certification and is a certified DaVinci Robot surgeon. Amy has served as the chief of Ob/Gyn at both Northeast Medical Center Hospital and Kingwood Medical Center Hospital. She now maintains privileges at Kingwood Medical Center. Amy is very active in the community. Amy loves her job, especially her patients. She views it as a calling'. Amy is very proud to have been honored for this in 2005 when she received the Family Time Woman of Achievement Award for Human Services. She is pleased to be part of a practice that recognizes the importance of community service.

Biography: Dr. Maryam H Baird is Board Certified OB/Gyn in Houston and also sees patients at Sugar Land and Memorial Village locations.Dr. Baird received her Biomedical Science undergraduate education from Texas A&M University prior to earning her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB - Galveston. Biography: Dr. Kristin Chabarria is an obstetrician-gynecologist providing OB/GYN care with Houston Women's Care Associates (HWCA) in Houston, TX. Dr. Chabarria is a Louisiana native, completing both a masters in cell and molecular biology at Tulane University and medical school at Louisiana State University. She moved to Houston after medical school and completed her residency training at Baylor. Post-residency, Dr. Chabarria worked in another practice here in Houston prior to starting with Houston Women's Care Associates in 2019. Dr. Chabarria approaches patient care as a team effort. One of her greatest passions is patient education, for when provided with all information the doctor and the patient can make a team decision about best courses of treatment care. She enjoys the privilege of guiding her patients through some of the most vulnerable and exciting times of their lives onset of menarche, sexual exploration transitioning into adulthood, family planning, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. She truly enjoys the life-long relationships that are fostered between patient and doctor in the field of OBGYN. Her special interests include: family planning and reproductive health, minimally invasive surgery, abnormal uterine bleeding, cervical dysplasia, and preventative services. Dr. Chabarria sees patients at our main Fannin office as well as our Heights and Cypress locations. She works closely with her nurse practitioner Anna Laura Clark to provide evidence-based, compassionate care for her patients. Dr. Chabarria is well recognized in the community and has been voted by Houstonia Magazine in the Top Doctors OB/GYN list for 2023 and 2024. Voters nominated their peers based on years of experience, competency, rapport with patients, patient satisfaction, compliance with care recommendations, and ability to work effectively with colleagues across specialties to deliver the best patient care. Personally, she lives in Houston with her husband Ryan and her two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling in her spare time, with frequent trips home to New Orleans (including annually for Mardi Gras).
