Provider was rude. Never went back

Patient, knowledgeable, offered all options, not pushy like other doctors. Encouraged questions and voicing of concerns. I loved my interactions with her and the office staff.

My experience with this doctor was very disappointing. Once I got to the office, the receptionist said that she was going to ask the doctor if she could still see me because I was “late”, which I wasn’t because my sister and I switched times and they were informed ahead of time. Once inside, the doctor just came in and asked why I was there. I informed her that it was for a pap smear and to discuss birth control, among other issues. She did not take the time to ask me anything, nor to review my medical records from my previous doctor who recommended her because he was retiring. She did not even “prepare me” per say, when she was about to introduce the speculum. After she was done with the pap-smear, she was getting ready to leave and I asked her if that was it (surprisingly) and she said “yes, what else you want?” I felt extremely uncomfortable, and miserable to the point I wanted to cry. I swear she did not take more than 5 minutes with me. It seemed that she was in a hurry. Horrible

Very rude. 4 minute appointment

Made an appointment, received 4 e-mails over the past 30 days reminding me of my appointment, and 4 texts reminding me of my appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early because I am a new patient, knew there would be paperwork. I was told I was not on her calendar, and the doctor was leaving for some reason and couldn't see me. I showed receptionist my texts. What a colossal waste of time. How do people like this stay in business? I own a business, I would not do this to my potential customer

Horrible customer service!! We drove 25 miles with a baby just to be turned away by her because we were 12 mins late!! I would never recommend a doctor with such a poor attitude!!!

I would not recommend her to anyone. she is horrible, has no bedside manners, and very rude. This office has a lack of communication and fails to deliver messages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I was not told about the patient portal when I first visited this office. I assumed the doctor would call me if anything was wrong with my check-up results. That did not happen. I went back a year later for my next check-up and was still not told that something was wrong with my tests from the previous year. I returned for an unrelated test 3 months later and was surprised to find out about a problem I should have been notified about 15 months previous. Do not trust this office.

Very disappointed with the care & customer service Dr. Pellicena & her office staff offers. I'm a 1st time mom & was a week late with him being born. The Dr. estimated our baby to be in between 9 to 10lbs when in reality he was born at 7lbs. It was due to this weight that she was encouraging me to be induced.I spent a wkend not knowing how we were going to proceed because of no call back from her office. Worst she didn't ask nor did she seem empathetic to our desire to cut the baby's cord.
