Biography: Jimmy Edmond, MD received his medical degree from the University of Miami. Biography: Dr. Isaac Truelson is a board certified Family Medicine physician caring for patients in Homosassa, Florida. Dr. Truelson grew up in Alaska and went to medical school in Florida (FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine) where he met his wife. Biography: Dr. Milind Shastri specializes in Internal Medicine and is the Founder and President of Your Care Clinics, LLC. He is a graduate of M. S. University of Baroda, India where he was the Chief Resident of Ophthalmology. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Dr. Shastri moved to St. Petersburg in 1999 where he began providing quality medical care to the residents of Pinellas County. His leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and dedication to his patients have grown his practice to include six physicians and two nurse practitioners that serve both North and South Pinellas County. He is a dedicated husband and father to a son and twin daughters. He is an avid chess player and loves to play video games with his children. Dr. Shastri is a compassionate and empathetic physician who takes time to listen to all of his patients and treats them with integrity and professional courtesy. He truly believes in giving back to his community by participating and sponsoring local events that educate the public. Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Eric Sladek joins HCA Florida Oak Hill Internal Medicine as core faculty for the practice. He completed the Internal Medicine Residency program at HCA Florida Oak Hill hospital where he was most recently the chief resident.Dr. Sladek received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences with concentration in Molecular Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He then went on to receive his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies.

Biography: Shanta A. Purushotham, MD received her medical degree from Nagarjuna University. Dr. Purushotham completed Internships in Internal Medicine at Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut and at Griffin hospital in Derby, Connecticut. Dr.Purushotham then completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Methodist Hospital in New York, New York, followed by a Fellowship in Rheumatology at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Purushotham specializes in general medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.
