Biography: Dr. Townsend is a board-certified physician who completed her residency in OB/GYN at Inspira Medical Center in Southern New Jersey. During her medical training, she cared for a high-risk obstetric population and developed a passion for minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Townsend prides herself on empowering women to take charge of their health throughout all stages of life. Though she was born and raised in Massachusetts, she received her medical degree from Rocky Vista University in Parker and is excited to be back in Colorado with her husband and daughters.

Care Philosophy: I prioritize building relationships with each patient so I can learn about her unique needs, lifestyle and health goals. Through these conversations, I can offer information, treatment options and resources so she can feel empowered to make the right decision for her own best health.

Biography: Dr. Sarah Takimoto is a Colorado native. She attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate degree and received her medical degree from Creighton University. She completed her OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph's Hospital, and joined Midtown OB/GYN in 2018. Dr. Takimoto's interests in OB/GYN include maternal safety and postpartum care, family planning, minimally invasive surgery, and teaching residents. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, cooking and discovering new restaurants. She is married with a young son and is bilingual in Spanish.

Care Philosophy: I strive to bring all life experience and skills to my patients, whenever appropriate. I believe in connecting with each patient and helping her find what is most important to her and what I can support her in improving her quality of life.
