Care Philosophy: Elise Yerelian, MD, is a family medicine specialist treating all ages. She values the ability to build long-term relationships with her patients and treat them holistically with disease management, well checks, sick visits, mental health support and more. Dr Yerelian earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before achieving her medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She also completed residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. Outside of work, Dr Yerelian stays busy camping, backpacking, skiing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children and friends.

Biography: Michelle Collier, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Collier's main interests in medicine include care for geriatric patients, care for immigrants and refugees, as well as quality improvement projects related to health equity and the social determinants of health. Dr. Collier attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and she was the Chief Resident at the University of Cincinnati's Family Medicine Residency Program. She is a former faculty member at a top 40 U.S. medical school and an award-winning educator. Dr. Collier is a Colorado native and a product of Jefferson County public schools here in Denver. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she is a life-long supporter of all of the Denver sports teams.
