Dr. Emily Marsh, MD

Medical records were incorrect and refused to follow the protocol for filing a death certificate which of course makes no sense in a geriatric practice. If something so basic and extremely important can't be executed correctly there is no way to trust anything else said or done. She is in violation of Co statutes and she and One Medical refuse to take responsibility for over 26 months. New patients go elsewhere and don't fall for the membership scam.

Avoid. Lovely bedside manner but unfortunately incompetent in dealing with seniors and legal obligations. They have refused to re-evaluate my Mother's COD which was wrong because they inputted her medical records incorrectly. The are in violation of several statutes that they are still ignoring after 26 months. Avoid. The other doctor at One Medical Glendale is also incompetent. She did not fully evaluate my 86 y/o Mothers bloodwork. On my own I realized that UC Health was ignoring the rise into and over the high range for 5 years. If I hadn't looked myself, it never would have been addressed. Don't trust large Healthcare systems. They are unconcerned with the patient.

We had high expectations for a geriatric team of doctors and we weren't disappointed. Dr. Marsh was friendly, empathetic, patient, asked great questions and explained next steps very well to us. She made sure our elderly mother understood everything, and included the family, as well. No doubt in our minds, our mother will be well taken care of by this team of doctors.

Followup to blood test, but first meeting with this MD. Based on results she did due diligence with testing to rule out disease; spent time interviewing to learn my history.
