Biography: Eric W. Nottmeier, M.D., is a Neurosurgeon, with special interests in complex spinal surgery and image-guided spinal surgery. In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Nottmeier is active in research and education by publishing in peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as training residents and fellows. He focuses on treating degenerative cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine diseases, maximizing non-surgical treatment options for spinal conditions, and educating patients on preventative measures and treatment options, while utilizing the most advanced technology in surgical treatment of spinal disorders.

Biography: Ian A. Buchanan, M.D., is a neurosurgeon who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of complex spinal disorders. His completion of both neurosurgical and orthopedic spine surgery training brings a multidisciplinary approach that is tailored to patient-specific needs. He has advanced training in spinal robotics, minimally invasive spine surgery, spine tumors, spine trauma, scoliosis, and deformity reconstruction. He is excited to bring this expertise to the Mayo Clinic campus in Florida.

Biography: Kingsley Abode-Iyamah, MD, is a neurosurgeon who is passionate about specializing in complex spinal deformity and is in practice at Mayo Clinic. His research interest includes innovation in spine, cervical myelopathy, spinal cord injury, spinal cord tumors, finite element modeling and biomechanics of the spine. He is engaged and planning numerous clinical projects including retrospective studies and prospective studies.
