Well it's very hard to schedule an appointment & some staff act kinda rude

Yells at patients and said other doctors were not professional. ALWAYS had to wait for more than an hour per visit. Careless in prescriptions of dosage time.

Yes.Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin of Coastal Spine and pain is awesome DOC, did fantastic job during and after SCS Trial period, his staff is great, very helpful, friendly, caring, phone call away, keeps me informed throughout the whole ordeal of getting approved for SCS Trial to procedure, before and after procedure, appointments etc. Patty is an Angel, the BEST, ready to answer anytime, phone call away, very organized, keeps me informed, she makes all the arrangements, very good planner, Patty knows her job well, goes extra mile to answer questions or help me any way she can, Thanks a million for everything. Crystal, Doctor Irwin assistant (PA), Steve (Boston Scientific Representative) and Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin are a fantastic Team. They made sure my SCS Trial procedure goes well, kept me informed of whats going on, every steps. Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin prescribed Antibiotic medicine for me to prevent any infection; it also helped me with my chronic cough. I feel better overall.

Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) - SCS Trial experience, July 1 - 7, 2020 July 4, 2020, Saturday, day 3, I feel significant change in my pain, it is reduced, getting up and down from sitting or laying down position is lot less painful. I can walk around without cane. I feel better. I definitely would like to have permanent Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) implant surgery to improve quality of my life, enjoy life better and live longer without pain meds. I was in constant, intense pain, chronic pain, no end to pain relief. SCS/Boston Scientific, Steve helps me, guides me, keeps giving me support, he is phone call away to explain to me about SCS, expectations from this procedure and feeling less pain or not, difference between injection site pain and overall pain, two different things, what to do and Not to do, etc. Doctor Irwin, Lee Franklin of Coastal Spine and pain is awesome DOC, did fantastic job during and after SCS Trial period, his staff is great, very helpful, friendly, caring etc.

Love the Beach office staff. Dr. Irwin is the best. He actually cares.??
