He completed his undergraduate degree and medical school at Case Western University, where he also played linebacker on the football team. He then gained fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr George treats professional rodeo cowboys as a member of the Justin Sports Medicine Team and serves as a Course Director for the Annual Justin Sports Medicine Rodeo Conference. He has been a team physician for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, as well as for area high schools, colleges, and professional teams.

Care Philosophy: As a sports medicine physician you know that the primary goal of your patient is to get back to their sport, so you help them do this - ensuring that the treatment is sustaining and successfully returns them to pre injury condition.
