Dr. Hayes did an excellent job of explaining my condition and at no time tried to rush the visit.

Haven't seen Dr Hayes since my shoulder surgery. Dr Hayes is the best doctor i have ever been to. I wish he did foot surgery. I recently visited sterling ridge for a foot issue that requires surgery. I was referred to Dr Bachman. I intended to have the surgery but the service you get from Dr Bachman and his surgery scheduler are not up to par with the service i always received at Sterling ridge, the entire staff treated me like family. Getting Dr Bachman’s scheduler to call you back is impossible. Multiple calls and only when i complained to sterling Ridge office staff did i finally get a call back. I feel like i had to make all arrangements myself and was on my own to get the surgery done. For those reasons, i have cancelled the surgery and will go somewhere else. That experience is no where close to sterling ridge standards.

Dr. Hayes and his staff were amazing during my time as patient before and after surgery for a meniscus and ACL repair. The staff was very personable and Dr. Hayes was very thorough in discussing my option and recovery to me.

Do not see Dr. William Hayes for a torn meniscus. He realigns your knee cap unnecessarily. I asked several times that he only repair the meniscus, he insisted that a knee cap alignment would be easily done at the same time. I made it clear that I did not have any pain in my knee. He said the recovery was the same-it was not as you go home with drainage tubes after a realignment unlike no tubes for the meniscus repair. Found out this is not the industry norm. Difficult recovery. Stay away.
