Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Matthew A. Dorweiler, MD is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH and his orthopedic surgery sports medicine fellowship from The Ohio State University. Dr. Dorweiler is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Jeffrey Rayborn, MD is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice and his fellowship in Sports Medicine at Bethesda North Hospital. Dr. Rayborn joined Premier Orthopedics in 2009. Dr. Rayborn's practice focuses on non-operative orthopaedic care for adolescents and adults, and primary care sports medicine. Dr. Rayborn also employs the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the evaluation of orthopaedic conditions, as well as in the placement of needles to support the aspiration or injection of joints such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. The use of musculoskeletal ultrasound has been shown to enhance patient management and outcomes in both general orthopaedic and sports medicine populations. Dr. Krebs is board certified in sports medicine. He has a special interest in interventional ultrasound procedures, platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, and the care of endurance athletes. Biography: Michael A. Herbenick, MD graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 2000. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Herbenick completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. He is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.

Biography: Christopher Groff, PA-C earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Kettering, OH. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Christopher is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Christopher has been working at Premier Orthopedics since 2014.

Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. Biography: Matthew Lawless, MD, is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and completed his residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Lawless completed a sports medicine fellowship at Methodist Sports Medicine Center in Indianapolis and is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Lawless specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine issues related to the knee including ACL surgery, meniscus and cartilage pathology, patellofemoral disorders, adult reconstruction, total and partial knee replacements and revision surgery. Dr. Lawless is the Director of Sports Medicine at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine and team physician for Wright State University and Fairborn High School. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Dayton Orthopaedic Society.
