Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Biography: Andrew Toller, PA-C earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Wright State University and Master of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Findlay. Mr. Toller is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Ohio Physician Assistants Association (OAPA), and the University of Findlay Physician Assistant Student Society (PASS). Biography: Jordan Grilliot, DO is a sports medicine physician and orthopedic surgeon in Dayton, OH. He is a graduate of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. Dr. Grilliot completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH and went on to complete an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Ochsner Health Foundation/Sports Medicine Institute in New Orleans, LA. He completed his residency in Family Practice and his fellowship in Sports Medicine at Bethesda North Hospital. Dr. Rayborn joined Premier Orthopedics in 2009. Dr. Rayborn's practice focuses on non-operative orthopaedic care for adolescents and adults, and primary care sports medicine. Dr. Rayborn also employs the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the evaluation of orthopaedic conditions, as well as in the placement of needles to support the aspiration or injection of joints such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. The use of musculoskeletal ultrasound has been shown to enhance patient management and outcomes in both general orthopaedic and sports medicine populations. Dr. Rayborn also offers Platelet Rich Plasma Injections (PRP) when medically appropriate. Dr. Rayborn is actively engaged in the sports medicine community. He currently serves as the Medical Director for Upper Valley Sports Medicine Center and is also the team physician at Tipp City High School. Dr. Rayborn is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
