Payments
Dr. Kim is a great Dr. but unless you are prepared to pay your whole visit after you are seen. (if there is a balance) I would not recommend this practice as I seen Dr. Kim & had a balance. I called to make another appointment as I am having severe pain again. They would not let me make another appointment without paying my balance in full. Even though when I called to make a payment they told me once I make a payment on my account I was able to make appointment. I called office back after making payment & they would not le me make an appointment & told me my balance had to be paid in full. I am not in the position to pay my balance in full.

Misdiagnosed
Dr. Kim left me feeling unheard and was extremely uncaring. I left in tears as well as being misdiagnosed.

Fine surgeons know about his "work" and repair his mistakes. Ordinarily a surgeon will not pick up when another surgeon is treating a patient...until they hear the name Eugene Kim. They know about him and do take care of his patients, correctly, because Kim is awful. He has a reputation.

He forced me to endure tremendous pain while he had me held by four men as he "set" my badly broken arm and wrist with nothing for pain. I ordered him to stop. Begged, pleaded, threatened with a lawsuit and screamed for someone to make him stop and help me. The police wanted to bring charges. Doctors are required to stop a procedure as soon as the patient says "stop" if it is not a life saving procedure. He did not. Another doctor knew about him and took care of me in an operating room under general anesthesia. Kim's mangling me was no help. I had to have a metal plate in my wrist to hold my bones together.

Horrable surgeon in my opinion, if you need a great surgeon look up Dr. Timothy Harman. He fixed what Eugan Kim messed up.

A few years ago, Dr Kim did the surgery on both of my hands for carpal tunnel. Great personality and very knowledgeable. He did a fabulous job and I would refund him to anyone!

Did open carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, via the palm instead of wrist. Numbness gone but have lots of scar tissue causes more pain. 3 months of PT did little. Also ended up with trigger thumb. This limits MANY MANY activities of daily living. Have it splinted most of the time to ease pain. After poor success with carpal tunnel surgery am afraid to all trigger thumb surgery. Listing wait time as 30 to 45 minutes but more than once it was over an hour; 1 time 2 hrs plus so I left unseen.
