Biography: Dr. Rishi Gogineni is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He utilizes modern techniques in his surgical practice including anterior approach total hip replacements, muscle-sparing total knee replacements, and robotic surgery for accurate implant placement. He is experienced in and has published research on outpatient joint replacement with same day discharge to home. For patients who may not be ready for surgery yet, he offers non-surgical arthritis treatments. He is happy to see patients for second opinions or consultations. Dr. Gogineni lives in Loudoun County with his wife and four kids and their chocolate lab.

Biography: Dr. Schreck specializes in hand, wrist and elbow surgery. He has been fascinated by the anatomy of the hand and arm since the beginning of medical school, and he finds the complexity and intricacies of the anatomy awe-inspiring. As he went through his residency training, having an opportunity to see first-hand how someone can be helped by a hand-surgical procedure left no doubt in his mind that he would choose this field. A procedure as simple as a carpal tunnel release can be life-changing for a patient. Returning function to patients with hand and upper-extremity related issues is extraordinarily gratifying, as virtually all people require use of their hands to a significant degree in their daily lives. In his free time, Dr. Schreck enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.

Biography: Dr. Nathan Coleman specializes in sports medicine and knee and shoulder surgery. Outside of work he enjoys cycling, music, hockey and being with his family.

Biography: Dr. Kim graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. He obtained his MD degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed residency training at Temple University Hospital and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Georgetown University. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and is a Fellow in American Orthopaedic Surgeons Society. Dr. Kim treats patients with all types of orthopedic conditions but specializes in sports medicine and osteoarthritis problems. Most of his elective cases are performed via minimally invasive arthroscopic approach. He also performs total knee replacements utilizing robotic surgery. Dr. Kim provides skilled surgical care based on years of experience and thousands of surgical cases. Dr. Kim volunteers his time at local high schools taking care of athletes. He currently serves as the team physician to Battlefield High School and US Speedskating. He regularly provides lectures for certified athletic trainers of Prince William County Schools and works closely with athletic training department of George Mason University. He is actively involved in researches in sports medicine in conjunction with the George Mason University Athletic Training Department. Dr. Kim has numerous honors.
