About eight months ago, I had a torn meniscus. Over time, I started to lose my balance and experienced significant swelling in my knee. Before my injury, I was very active and used to walk 4 to 6 miles daily. However, after the injury, I found myself sitting most of the time with an ice pack. When I changed my insurance, I started seeing Dr. Weidner, my new orthopedic specialist. He is an excellent listener and prescribed an intense physical therapy program. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve seen about a 75% improvement in my condition and have been able to return to some of my activities. Dr. Weidner is truly an outstanding doctor, and I’m incredibly grateful for his care.

Totally Happy with my knee replacement!
I am a 77-year-old male who suffered through about two years of osteoarthritis in the right knee. Cortisone and Gel One injections did not solve my problem. After consulting with Dr. Weidner, my wife and I decided that a total knee replacement would be my be choice for a full recovery. Now it is three months past the surgery, and I am totally happy with my knee replacement. Dr. Weidner, along with the entire staff at Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics and its physical therapy department, were totally professional and anxious to work with me to answer any and all questions that arose. If you are considering a partial or total knee replacement, you should consult with the Centers before you make a final decision.

As Bad as a Scam imho
Complete waste of time and money. He was unable or unwilling to perform ultrasound imaging and referred to two year old x-rays for my recent TENDONITISGo to a sports medicine doctor1/4th the cost $117 vs $25And infinitely more value as they actually were able to assist with diagnosis and treatment.

During the summer of 2021, Dr. Weidner conducted a total hip replacement on me using the direct anterior approach. The one night pain free hospital stay and the pain free rapid recovery I have experienced over the past four months enhanced my pre-surgical opinion of Dr. Weidner as a highly competent, experienced, professional surgeon. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Dr. Weidner is awesome and his colleagues are just as great! My son broke his arm and they work great with kids. My son especially liked the interaction between them all and felt comfortable and not scared.

It has been 10 weeks since I had a complete knee replacement on my right knee. I can walk 3 miles with no sharp pains to my knee. It is still a little stiff, but Dr Weidner said it will take 6-12 months for a full recovery, but I am already able to hike with my grandkids. I was nervous about the procedure, but there were no other options left for me to walk without pain. My Physical Therapist has often commented on how quickly I am recovering, but I think my recovery is mostly attributed to a skilled surgeon. Thank you so much Dr. Weidner.

Dr. Weidner took the time to review with me my situation and possibilities for replacement. He took the time to respond to my numerous emails about the procedure and equipment. Once I decided to have the replacement, his office was extremely helpful to get all the pre-work done and signed off so we could be ready for the procedure. I referred him to my daughter who had a torn ACL.

Making a decision to under go knee replacement surgery is not something taken lightly. After trying physical therapy and injections it was decided that surgery was the route needed. Do not hesitate to reach out to this physician and the practice. Dr Weidner is very thorough and knowledgeable. Pre op and post op care was top notch. I am hoping not to replace my other knee joint, but if I do this is who I would want to manage my care!

Dr. Weidner was referred to me in June after x-ray results showed that my hip was in need of a replacement, I will forever be grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and amazing staff. Dr. Weidner and his staff took the time to explain in detail the total hip replacement process and answered all my questions. Before surgery, I wasn't able to plant my left leg, put weight on it, or walk without the use of a cane or Aleve. Two months later, I can do it all without Aleve which is what I lived off of for 17 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a hip replacement.

Dr Weidner is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He's very knowledgeable, compassionate, listens, and can put you at ease. Showed compassion even when I was crying and down. Even helped ift my spirits. He has done surgery on my elderly mom without complications during surgery and recovery. Ofcourse when I hurt my knee, he is who I turned to. He found I have a torn root meniscus and recommended surgery. At this time I can't do surgery so he gave me an injection as well as my trigger fingers. I know I will have surgery soon and he will be the one doing it. I trust his skills and knowledge. Highly recommend Dr. Weidner
