Care Philosophy: Bahman Saffari, MD, PhD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship trained in gynecologic oncology. Dr. Saffari is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for his patients by providing nurturing, compassionate care using the most effective, innovative surgical and medical treatments possible. Dr. Saffari is a diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an affiliate investigator for the Gynecologic Oncology Group and a member of the Pierce County Medical Society. Dr. Saffari is fluent in Farsi and can speak medical Spanish. In his spare time, Dr. Saffari enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and kayaking.

Biography: Elaine Y. Chang, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist offering care for women across their lifetime. She specializes in advanced surgical treatments, including robotic-assisted hysterectomy. Dr. Chang works in partnership with each patient to tailor care to each woman's specific needs.

Care Philosophy: I want the patient to fully understand his or her medical condition and to be as well-informed as possible. I want my patients to feel that they are fully invested in their health care. I try to educate patients as much as possible, and I focus on preventive medicine.

Care Philosophy: Renee Thai, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who offers comprehensive, patient-centered womens health services. Dr. Thai cares not only for the physical, but for all aspects of the patient, partnering with them to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind.Dr. Thai is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Away from work, she enjoys hiking, walking and snowshoeing with her fur babies, and camping.

Biography: Sonali Singh, MD, is a board-certified, obstetrician-gynecologist who offers comprehensive women's care with an emphasis on health maintenance. She believes in being a women's health advocate and considers it a privilege to be a part of their life journey. Additional areas of interest include obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, infertility and research. _x000D_ Dr. Singh strives to make a difference in patient's lives by bringing compassion and empathy to women's health care. She enjoys making lifelong relationships with patients, listening to their joys and challenges and helping them make informed medical decisions. Having worked in India, Australia and the United States, she has developed a sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations. _x000D_ Dr. Singh is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and American Medical Association. _x000D_ Outside of work, Dr. Singh enjoys traveling, reading, adventure sports and spending quality time with her family.

Care Philosophy: Randy Alejo, MD, provides comprehensive care for women, from annual exams and gynecologic surgery to prenatal care and childbirth. He strives to help patients make the best decisions about their care by providing thorough explanations and encouraging them to ask questions. He enjoys making a meaningful connection with each patient.

Care Philosophy: Lyle Calcamuggio, MD, provides comprehensive women's health care for adolescent to adult patients. Dr. Calcamuggio treats patients for general obstetric and gynecological conditions, and specializes in advanced laparoscopic surgery, endometriosis, incontinence and menopause. His practice also focuses on pelvic issues, such as pelvic pain, prolapse and surgery. Helping people and sharing a special relationship with patients is at the root of his practice.
