Best OBGYN I've ever had
Dr Chang has been my OB for years now and I love this woman energy , concerns for her patients. She's one of the best and I would recommend to any woman in need of a good doctor. She is amazing and she cares about her patients, she explains what's going on and gives you options before and after any procedure or visit.. amazing doctor

I wish Dr. Elaine would also be a primary care physician as mine is retiring. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens with compassion and is someone I (and I'm sure others) can have a true conversation about female health concerns.

Unprofessional office
I was looking for a new doctor and needed an appointment quickly. I decided to book one with Dr. Chang even though I had to wait for two months. When scheduling, I explained the reason for my visit and was told they had everything needed. I went on a trip, during which I missed a call from the doctor's office. They requested more information about my visit. I discovered the message four days before my appointment and called to provide the information but they had cancelled my appointment. They then offered a new appointment two months away. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time.

This is my second visit to this provider. She is AMAZING! I had some concerns which we problem solved together. She REALLY listens to patients. She addressed my concerns. She gave me options. She even took the time to help me problem solve a non gyn health issue. I feel so fortunate to have her as my provider. I have already recommended her to several of my friends.
