Biography: Dr. Amir Mahan Ghaznavi is dual board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery. He completed his general surgery training at the elite Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Upon completion of his General Surgery training, Dr. Ghaznavi completed his plastic surgery training at the distinguished Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Ghaznavi concluded his training in Microsurgery at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation under the guidance of leading experts in this speciality.Dr. Ghaznavi joined the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Biography: Dr. Rishi Gogineni is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He utilizes modern techniques in his surgical practice including anterior approach total hip replacements, muscle-sparing total knee replacements, and robotic surgery for accurate implant placement. He is experienced in and has published research on outpatient joint replacement with same day discharge to home. For patients who may not be ready for surgery yet, he offers non-surgical arthritis treatments. He is happy to see patients for second opinions or consultations. Dr. Gogineni lives in Loudoun County with his wife and four kids and their chocolate lab.

Biography: Dr. David Lee specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery. He chose orthopedic surgery because, by studying and mastering the incredible complex anatomy of the musculoskeletal system, he could help people return to their normal form and function. His goal as an orthopedist is to get patients back to doing the activities they love and to help them live pain-free. We have many treatments options to offer patients, including therapy, injections, and surgery, if needed. Most of all, Dr. Lee looks forward to forming meaningful relationships with his patients, answering their questions, and involving them in shared decision making. In his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, running, and cycling.

Dr. Aguiar has tailored his practice to include primarily sports medicine and adult knee and shoulder reconstruction. With extensive experience in total hip and knee replacements, Dr. Aguiar's special interests also include arthroscopic shoulder instability repair, ankle arthroscopy, and total knee replacements.
