Biography: Daniel S. Taylor, MD, FACS is a board certified, general surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. He completed his surgical residency at the hospitals affiliated with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dayton, OH. During his training, Dr. Taylor was Chief Surgical Resident. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 1999 and Premier Physician Network in 2006. Dr. Taylor serves on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and Surgery Department Chair (2016). Biography: Robert M. Kohut, MD graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Kohut is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Kohut offers urology care services including: treatment of kidney stones; bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer care; lower urinary tract symptoms; urinary tract infections; incontinence; and vasectomies.
