Extremely poor staff cooperation
Unable to make appt to see Dr Kahut, after receiving referral staff told me I already had an Urology Dr who they could not name. Then the next day stated he was not accepting new patients when the previous day they had stated he was.

I was contacted by this provider to go get a blood test. I went to get the test and they (Compu net) needed orders to have this done. I had to wait a little bit. Then was contacted again to tell me to get it done (test) by a certain date. I let her know I already did. She said that great. Seems like there is problem with the office duplication and too my emails and needs to review this process. People at this office seems very nice.

The doctor wanted me to have a blood test and urinalysis performed the very next day following my visit and then to see me back in two weeks to review the results. During checkout the earliest available appointment when they could fit me in was two months away, not two weeks as the doctor told me. Now when I go back to see the doctor the test results will be two months old.

During my visit, I interacted with the receptionist, a nurse, a PA, the doctor and exit personnel. All were amazingly good at their jobs. All were professional, friendly and helped provide easy to a somewhat awkward (very personal) visit.
