Worst experience ever
This man is Dr. Malloys physician assistant. I was instructed by the ER physician at Fairview hospital to make an appointment with my orthopedic specialist and Mr. Nageotte cancelled my appointment less than an hour before hand. He had the receptionist tell me, not HIM but the receptionist, “he said he can’t help you”. Little did he know, I had questions to ask regarding my diagnosis and I was seeking a referral for physical therapy services. Unfortunately, he felt the need to dismiss my concerns without even speaking or laying eyes on me! My appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance (plenty of time to notify me of cancellation). Frustrating to take off work when both me and my caregiver have limited PTO. Take my advice, do not waste your time. Instead, find a real doctor that is professional enough to hear your concerns instead of dismissing them.
