I went to the ER at Lutheran Hospital with chest pains and shortness of breath. The entire ER staff was outstanding in treating me but I would especially like to commend Ms. Harkins who went above and beyond the call of duty in my treatment. She was professional and courteous in a way you do not see too often in health care.
