Dr. Fran (I know she's a PA-C) listened to all my concerns and questions and explained things so I can understand them. I've never had any doctor make me feel like what I had to say was important. She even put the xrays and MRIs on the computer and explained everything. She made me feel like I was her only patient. Every doctor visit should feel this satisfying.
