I feel like it was a waste of time! He wanted review my medications each time we met, which took over 10 minutes as he typed slowly. He wasn't very attentive and would often read me articles he used with other patients. Meanwhile, they had nothing to do with what I'm currently dealing with. I left each session frustrated and feeling discouraged. When I complained about the time of my sessions being cut short, I was told that he was "burnt out" by the end of the day. I'm still committed to therapy and healing, just not with Stephen Hamburger.
