I started my online sessions with Makahala Hepburn and Mary Nunez and I can’t express enough how amazing this experience has been! The combination of speaking my truth in a safe space and practicing a holistic approach to healing of trauma and owning my power and strength back it’s been extraordinary! Makahala is always there to listen and to cheer your moments. I first came to Makahala when I was at my lowest point. I couldn't go on, really. I spoke to Mary and made an appointment. It was seamless, actually. It felt great that someone thought about how I was going to get all the paperwork done when I didn't even want to keep going. It was so easy to get the help I really needed badly. Between Makahala and her psychotherapy style and Mary's spiritual help, I can't tell you how much better I feel. I am functioning. That is huge for me. I have almost reached my goal. I can't wait to go for my appointment with Mary to have my bars run and to have my spiritual and chakra realignment.
