Compass Health Systems PA

Compass Health is the worst provider I have ever seen. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone if you need to contact them. They also do not respond to messages left and unfortunately leaving a message is the only option when you call. They do not respond if you put a request in the patient portal. I called several times after our insurance changed to inquire as to why I was being charged a different amount from what was shown on my EOB from my insurance. They cancelled by appointment without telling me that it would be cancelled because I would not put a card on file during the pre-screen for my appointment. Prior to that I had them charging my card and ended up having a credit with them for close to $300. It took several calls to get that issue sorted out. Over all dealing with Compass is a nightmare avoid them if you value customer service at a basic level.

Horrible office. I never actually saw a doctor because I couldn't get past the insurance people. They were trying to charge me more than my copay, but wouldn't let me speak to anyone. I called my insurance to confirm my copay and my insurance company tried calling them with no success. In the end I canceled my appointment and I am going somewhere else paying my correct copay.
