I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance and the day before my appointment they tried to cancel my appointment and put me in with a different doctor. I had already taken time off of work and couldn’t make the appointment work so they kept me with the original provider. When I came in, she listened to my concerns for a few moments, gave me a couple of options for a medical condition that I don’t even have and I kept telling her that I didn’t have that medical condition it was just being ruled out. I felt very rushed and I didn’t even get a physical exam. She said I needed to come back to see another provider or herself to get the physical exam in August, which was six months later. Hopefully when I come back to see a different provider I’ll get more time and feel like my real medical conditions are addressed.

Had a great experience. My appointment was very thorough and I was given all the information I needed in a personal yet professional way. Left feeling like I was in good hands.

Had a fantastic annual check-up with Kimberly. She was very responsive to my concerns, took lots of notes and asked good questions (since this was my first appt. at the clinic), and did a great exam. Very happy to have been quickly seen by her.

I found Kimberly very pleasant, reassuring and professional. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and conferred with colleagues to verify best solutions for my issues. She spent adequate time with me and never made me feel rushed. She also followed up via the portal with referral suggestions I had requested during my visit. I feel I’m in very good hands with Kimberly.
