Dr. Pai was an excellent ENT doctor. He was gentle and very helpful during my visit with him.

Dr. Vital Pai retired in late 2016 and left New Mexico.. He was an excellent ENT physician. Reference here should be removed.

The Best ear, nose, and throat doctor in town! Dr. Pai takes his time with patients, and has amazing amounts of experience, I trust him completely...

This review relates to the audiologist. Over the past year I have had 3 hearing evaluations, two were conducted by audiologists and one by the El Paso VA. My worst experience was with this audiologist. She is clearly unhappy with her job and very impressed with her limited credentials; after she introduced herself as a doctor, I should have known that my evaluation was not going to go well. Throughout the evaluation, she was rude and condescending. I suggest that you go elsewhere.
