Dr. Eric Gross, MD

Dr. Gross has seen me twice and was very professional and thorough. His office staff is very nice and professional. I will continue to see Dr. Gross for my sinus issue and look forward to a complete healing. I highly recommend Dr. Gross. BTW - he has a history of working with musicians (vocalists) which impressed me.

I had given up trying to find a good ENT in El Paso. I was able to get in to see Dr. Gross within a reasonable time frame, after having been to 3 other out-of-town ENT's. Dr. Gross was attentive and caring and spent time with me, which is rare in US medicine these days. Plus, he is a hoot to talk to! His specialty is more head and neck surgery, but he was able to refer me to a practice, outside of El Paso, where I could get the care I needed. Thanks Dr. Gross!

Office staff is extremely rude. They want you to pay all charges even though there is only a copayment. Receptionist states either we pay all charges or leave until deductible is met. I explained only copay should paid at this visit. This is ridiculous, staff does not know how benefits work! Insurance information was provided a day beforehand and never did staff say entire amount would be due. Plenty of other doctors to choose from. Sad Dr.Gross will lose patients because of his incompetent staff!

I recently saw Dr. Gross for wax build-up and pain in one ear. An earlier visit to a walk-in clinic did not help alleviate the situation. His office staff was professional and friendly. Lily was especially kind and very knowledgeable. Dr Gross was easy to talk to, empathetic, and able to diagnose and treat this stressful condition. He was able to remove the build-up (using various instruments) and he prescribed antibiotics and ear drops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and look forward to my follow-up visit next week !

Amazing ENT Dr/surgeon & professional friendly staff he was my miracle when I had thyroidectomy he did amazing surgery barely visible scar also did excellent job on removing mole on face he treats you like family & actually takes time to talk & explain things

I was impressed that the office phone was answered by a professional nice person the first time I called. I tried two other ENT physicians' offices, it took days of calling for someone to finally answer the phone. The calls were made March 2019, I couldn't be seen until August 2019! Dr. Gross is an exceptional surgeon with an amazing staff. He repaired my daughters nasal fracture and septum amazingly. Her nose looks very natural and we are very pleased with the outcome.
