Missed the mark with this Dr
I visited Mr. Walston seeking help for my son's persistent knee issue, a problem we've dealt with for five years. Despite our history and the challenges of homelessness and relocations, I was disappointed by the care received.Requesting an MRI to bypass redundant steps, I was abruptly cut off as the doctor exclusively addressed my son. This dismissive approach left us both shocked, disregarding our extensive history.This isn't an isolated incident; my wife experienced similar treatment. Disclosing anxiety and depression led to her concerns being written off, leaving her fearful of seeking medical attention.I implore Mr. Walston to reflect on their approach. Patients aren't just cases; we're unique individuals. Genuine concern and attentive listening are crucial. Our lives are deeply affected by the care we receive, and indifference erodes the trust essential in the patient-doctor relationship.
