I'm typically nervous in hospital settings, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the waiting room to the recovery room, Dr. Kutzin and his staff made my visit very comfortable. He was very friendly and patient, taking time to answer my questions and making jokes to lighten the mood. After my surgery, he stopped by to ask about my pain (I had very little) and say goodbye before I left.
