Dr Hughes and Rose were very helpful in advising of what would suit my needs. I wanted to avoid surgery. They gave me great advice, and were not pushy. They seemed to have the newest version of every cosmetic device that is made. I loved the results of the IPL, plus a bit of filler. I also tried both Coolsculpt and Emsculpt and had good results. I also splurged for the Diamondglow peel and dermabrasion plus the lash lift. I'm glad I did.

Entering her office was like a gazelle entering a lion's den. To anyone considering starting here, run. Run far, far away. To anyone who is a patient, please do some more research and question things.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hughes office for many years because I value her opinion and her direct, honest approach and I feel very confident in her skills and knowledge. The environment in the office is very warm and welcoming, and the people who work there are lovely. I went to Dr Hughes several years ago for bags under my eyes. The first time I went to her she suggested a conjugated blepharoplasty with skin pinches on both eyes and gave me an estimate. My father passed away shortly after and I waited a year to come back and get the surgery. When I returned I received a different recommendation of fat transfer. I asked several times how fat transfer was going to help with bags under my eyes and they kept assuring me I would get the results I wanted. My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I’m sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I’m not wealthy this surgery was an investment towards career longevity; it was an epic FAIL

Have been going to the Center for several months for skin rejuvenation treatments and have had IPL, Vivace and various peels with Tina's guidance. I feel wonderful and my husband tells me that my skin looks great so no other words are necessary. Thanks Tina and Dr. Hughes

Dr. Hughes is a wonderful doctor! I got an endoscopic brow lift, and although i was super nervous about looking surprised or them being too high, she did a great job and they look super natural!! Honestly, you can't even tell i had a browlift it just opens up my face and makes my eyes more of a feature. I am very happy with the results and her whole staff was super friendly and helpful!

I've been embarrassed of my acne scars into adulthood and...for the first time in my life...I actually enjoy putting makeup on! I was recommended to Dr. Hughes for a consult. In 2016 I had my scars lasered (1540) and in 2017/18 I had derma-needling. The initial results left me feeling encouraged to continue to seek improvement (even though my friends and family noticed how much better my skin was!) Next onto my wrinkles (haha!) and I will trust Dr. Hughes with improving those as well!

I have rosacea and as I got older I also developed small spider veins and sun damage on my face. With my upcoming beach wedding I decided to finally do something about it and went to see Dr. Hughes. Dr. Hughes took her time with me and answered all my questions and recommended an IPL treatment. Tina performed the treatment on my face and she was absolutely wonderful, I would highly recommend her. And after two treatments I have been able to throw away my heavy liquid foundation!

I went to Dr. Hughes for hair loss after I was at the point that I wanted to wear a wig. Dr. Hughes not only calmed me, but provided a non-surgical solution. After approximately 3 months hair began to grow, and within the year, you would not know I had a previous hair loss issue. I was now able to go about my daily activities without being self conscious. The office staff, especially Rose, were extremely helpful during the entire process.

I was under 30 at the time. I went because I wanted my laugh lines to not be so prominent . I never mentioned any other issue I had with my face. Well, 2 syringes and $13,00 later .... the laugh lines didn't change at all. She ended up putting all the filler under my eyes. My eyes looked great but that's not why I even went there! I went back and told her how unhappy I was. She didn't care. I had to spend more money on a 3rd syringe so she could inject that into my laugh lines.

Dr. Hughes and her entire staff are very professional. Up front with suggestions and expected outcomes. Everyone is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Hughes is easy to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.
