My first appointment with Dr. Crecen I waited more than 2-1/2 hours without being seen, and had to reschedule because my sister was in the hospital and needed me there. On my rescheduled appointment I again waited nearly 3 hours before the dr. came in. He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge this unacceptable delay. A staff person had brought lunch into a room for staff and announced it. I saw Dr. Crew h go in there for food…it was after 1:00 and I’d been there since 10:30…so patients have to miss lunch but heaven forbid the doctor suck it up and see his backlog of patients before eating?!?

I have glaucoma and I did have cataract surgery with Dr Creech. He has done very well with both issues. I can only say be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting well after your appointment time. I’ve been a patient there for 5 years or more and it’s always the same story. He is a very good doctor and so I hang in there.

Dr. Creech is a good eye surgeon, however the wait time for your appointment is outrageous. He needs to find a new scheduling system. Right now, it is nearly an hour after my appointment time, and I still haven't been called back to be seen. Often, after the technicians do their tests, you then spend at least another hour waiting to see the doctor.

would not go back to him. they had me hooked up for surgery with needle in arm and came in, told me they didnt have the lens, pulled every thing out and sent me home went in the day and did the surgery, I don't believe they used the lens that i paid for because they were on back order. went back and he did laser after that went back again and he had to fill holes that he made with the laser. I would never send anyone to him.

Dr Creech is a great doctor. He is a very good eye surgeon. In addition, when I had a problem with one eye, he initiated a series of tests that eventually led to diagnosis of an autoimmune problem. Even though he is very busy, I always feel that he pays attention and spends enough time to address my concerns.

I had such a good experience with my cataracts surgery from start to end, from the staff in the office, to the techs, to the surgery staff. I was quite pleased with all, everyone was professional and put my worries to ease. Dr Creech has a wonderful chair side manner, he is caring and takes time to answer all of your questions.

I had cataract surgery performed on both eyes in April, by Dr. Creech. This was not my first time for eye surgery. Back in 2006, I had surgery done in New York City, which ended with good results. It was recommended that I get my previous records from my old surgeon. Due to length of time since my surgery, I was unable to obtain my old records. Dr. Creech performed the surgery, his expertise, knowledge, and care was exceptional. His measurements were perfect! Better than 20/20 both eye

3 of my friends had already had Lasik surgery with Dr Creech, so I was already aware of how professional and recommended he was and I was still blown away by the professional care and attention I was shown. The procedure was very well explained and was very quick. I am amazed by the results and have been raving about the procedure ever since. I traveled from Philly to Dover just to see Dr Creech so he is definitely worth the trip.

Dr. Creech did cataract surgery on my eyes just over a year ago, using the Symfony Lens. I was seeing 20/20 the day after surgery with each eye. Now, a year later, my vision is still just as good. Dr. Creech is very professional, while also being very down to earth and kind. He explained everything about the surgery and the lens options. I chose the Symfony lens, as I wanted good vision at all distances. I was not disappointed. Dr. Creech is an excellent surgeon. Worth the 2 hr. drive!!

Dr. Creech changed my life! He monitored forming cataracts until surgery was indicated. His surgical skills and warm caring demeanor are unsurpassed. I trusted him implicitly with the health of my eyes, and now I have rediscovered the color white! Before the surgery, my world was beige, and after just the first surgery, I could, once again, see what I had been missing. I could not more highly recommend him! Thank you, Dr. Creech for giving me distance vision and new eyes!
