I don't think he likes people
I don't dispute his knowledge and guidance. After a second opinion and personal online research, I think his impressions were valid. That said, his manner and communication was very off-putting. He appeared irritated and impatient at listening to his patient's experiences and concerns - almost antagonistic. As the visit proceeded, he seemed to warm up in verbal give and take, but was slightly condescending. We won't be seeing him again.

Unprofessional and slightly rude. Acted as if he couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Appeared to be aggravated at my asking questions about my condition. When he walked in the room, before even speaking with me or examining me, he stated, “ I do not believe I can help you”. Wow! I felt as if I had to press him to explain my condition to me and I definitely had to press him to even bother to schedule any tests. He was reluctant to do so, but then finally agreed that it may help to do some testing. So if I hadn’t pressed for the testing, I am sure he would have sent me on my way with nothing being done and me still dealing with my gastric issues and getting nowhere. Tests were set for several months out. I was not offered much advice on how to deal with or treat my condition until then. 5 months to get in to see a gastro specialist and he spent less than 15 min with me.

I had a tele-health visit with this doctor today and he was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I had been provided with a list of issues to speak with him about by another doctor and before I could finish he interrupted me and told me he did not agree with her. I was begging him to help me, to do something and he ended the call after saying I can’t help you. What kind of doctor does that?
