Great Job Medical
Medical team was helpful and Dr Root was great! Dr Root has very good bedside manner. Very personable and pleasant. Explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.

The nurses are awesome and Dr. Root has great bed
My only complaint was it took me 7 phone calls and 3 emails which no one responded to to get an appointment. I almost went elsewhere!!

Kind and Professional
Dr. Root treated me with kindness and respect and the colonoscopy was done with very little wait time. I was given my results which included images right after the procedure. Everyone of the staff was friendly and put me at ease. I plan to see Dr Root when I need a colonoscopy again.

Very Positive Experience
Dr. Root was very kind and met with me before and after the procedure to answer any questions that I might have. Dr. Root and his office staff were professional, efficient and very friendly which put my mind to ease. When I went in they said that I was over the worst part, (the preparation the night before) and they were absolutely correct. Even though I was under anesthesia for only a few minutes, I woke up very refreshed—a plus. The procedure was quick and I was on my way home within an hour or so. Highly recommend Dr. Root, staff and facilities.

Dr. Root and his staff were the best!
The whole experience was wonderful. Dr. Root was so kind and he and his staff made you feel relaxed and that you were in good hands. I would highly recommend anyone needing a colonoscopy to schedule with his office. I appreciated that they explained everything each step of the way.
