Staff didn’t prepare us for how long appointment would be.Waited months to get appointment.Son was just a little over 1 year old.Doctor scared our son and had a hard time checking his eyes.Told us he thought he got his prescription.I was far from reassured. We held our child & did our best to keep him still. He had poor choice words to my wife on keeping him under control.Found a better way better doctor with different prescription then he gav.I’m sure he can be good doctor but not for my sons age

We see Dr Goodrich for my son with autism who wears glasses, but the other day my other son had an eye emergency and they worked us in very late in the afternoon and actually stayed open a little later. He really takes his time with patients.

Son was referred to this physician. Was diagnosed with an eye disorder that requires surgery. Dr. Goodrich said he was going to refer him elsewhere. Gave us 2 doctors to pick from & told us to call the office back with who we chose. We chose the doctor & notified Dr. Goodrich's office. Almost 2 months passed with no further contact made. Kept calling the office to get no answer. Finally speak to receptionist (RUDE), to be told "WE DON'T DO REFERRALS." I asked to speak to a nurse to be told "NO".
