Best caring Orthopedic Doctor
Dr.Ballinger did a complete work up of my Right Knee & Right Hip 2012. 10 years Later I received pre approval for surgery from The VA. As I looked for Dr. Ballinger I received contact With his old office. That person was just flat rude. Hence I am seeing another Different Doctor for the Knee but, if Dr.Ballinger is Available I will quickly have Him do surgery on my Right Hip. He is without a Doubt the Best caring Ortho Doctor in Albany Oregon. Period stop period It would completely be my Honor to once again work With him as my surgeon. Johnny Cooper Albany, Or

He did my shoulder a few years ago and did a wonderful job and he was so friendly and caring. Now I need my other shoulder done and will only have him do it.
